We salvaged this Huge Bastogne Walnut Log from a farm in Central California. This tree was dying and began to rot at the base, with a large hole beginning to form at the bottom. The tree started to drop dead branches and became a hazard. We came in and salvaged it and turned it into beautiful Bastogne Walnut slabs. This was one of the largest Bastogne Walnut Trees that we have harvested year to date. Along with the trunk of the tree we also salvage a decent sized upper. We currently have one slab left from the trunk and 5 slabs from the upper. These slabs have really nice color along with nice figure. You can view the Large Bastogne Walnut Slab here.
