Hunski Hardwoods is a father and son Christian owned/operated business that has over 60 combined years in the wood industry. Hunski Hardwoods prides itself in being much more than just an Urban Logging Company. We take Urban Logging to a whole new level.
Most would say that when a tree is old, dying, diseased and wind struck, its value and purpose, ended. That is not the case at Hunski. It is just a curve in the road of the tree’s story. It truly is an honor to give new life to each tree we salvage, all bearing a part of our history.
With every tree that is harvested, comes an owner with their own treasured memories the tree bears. We make it a priority to spend quality time with each owner. Each tree carries its very own unique and different story. In turn, we share these testimonials to our future owners, recognizing with every slab we mill, they become holders of those memories.
At Hunski Hardwoods, we are the actual company that goes out, finds the trees, harvests and mills them in house on our 9’ Dedicated Slabber Lucas Mill or 67” WM1000. We specialize in salvaging and repurposing urban logs, including those rare 9’ wide logs, with an emphasis on Walnut.
